**** BEGIN LOGGING AT Sat Oct 24 02:59:56 2009 Oct 24 22:09:20 I'm playing around with an Angstrom image on a touchbook, and I'm trying to figure out how to get 'xtscal' to run. The program's there, but when run, it reports 'XCALIBRATE extension missing: Success'. Thing is, for everything I can tell, the recipe building the X-server has '--enable-xcalibrate' set. Any suggestions? Oct 24 22:45:20 Managu_tb: when I needed to calibrate my touch screen for my mini2440, I found it easier to use ts_calibrate since it doesn't require running X at the same time. Of course my install of xorg for my mini2440 was using ts-lib for my pointer support. Just a thought. Oct 24 22:47:07 analias: yup, basically the same situation, and yes, ts_calibrate seems to work. but it strikes me that a console/fb program would be difficult to use from an already existing interface in X Oct 24 22:48:53 true - in /etc/X11/Xserver, look to see if your build usings ts-lib for the pointer if it does, then I think ts_calibrate is suppose to be the method to calibrate the touchscreen. Oct 24 22:49:12 err - build _using_ ts-lib **** ENDING LOGGING AT Sun Oct 25 02:59:56 2009
