Apr 20 18:27:08 ds2 I have been working on recreating the original games...that were in the Speak and Spell...till now only created the hangman and Spell It games...two versions of both games...one in which the input is typed through keyboard...and the other in which Speech input from microphone is being taken. Apr 20 18:29:28 (both sphinx and espeak) Apr 20 18:31:35 bbl Apr 20 18:35:20 Regarding the Speech stuff...while searching for an offline speech processing application...came across Sphinx...basically gone through tests like running the pocketsphinx continuous to get continuous input from microphone...and improve it by decoding the results to a text file...it has been the basis of voice version of the games. Also worked on getting text from an input wav file and decoding it...just need to Apr 20 18:35:20 work on minimising noise...and improving accuracy Apr 20 18:45:29 Regarding espeak...am quite confident in it...having worked on it for a longer period.
