**** BEGIN LOGGING AT Tue Mar 10 02:59:57 2020 Mar 10 12:44:50 Hi @jkridner Mar 10 12:44:50 I have spent last few days working on aspects of project, Greybus over 802.15.4, both practically and theoretically. Mar 10 12:44:57 Some of it includes like I invested time in exploring linux OS, that all include writing uEnv.txt, generating linux image from beagleboard/linux repo, making root file system using busybox, & using buildroot and testing same on booting BBB Rev A6. Mar 10 12:44:57 Then explored making several Loadable Kernel Modules and testing it on BBB. Mar 10 12:45:03 And watched Connect video playlist of TI on YouTube to understand CC1352 features. Mar 10 12:45:13 As a big picture, my overall project understanding can be summarised by following image. Just to refer to what all has to be done in project. Mar 10 12:45:23 * sanujkul[m] uploaded an image: Greybus over 802.15.4.png (675KB) < https://matrix.org/_matrix/media/r0/download/matrix.org/qCTFwllyiDeFOxBNtFcFSryB > Mar 10 12:45:37 Please correct me if its not right Mar 10 12:45:57 Next task I think I’ll like set for is to install last years project greybus simulator, gbsim, and try to make a support for TI’s launchpad MSP432P4111 (I don’t have a CC1352, so during for application process period I’ll experiment things out on a MSP). Mar 10 12:46:11 If you support trying this out, then can you please suggest some path for this? I have only seen greybus videos provided on idea page and project Ara and nothing in practical. I mean if things I could study before downloading gbsim on BBB and try to make a support for MSP432. It would save lot of my time. Mar 10 12:46:35 And I’ll also start exploring Zephyr using this https://docs.zephyrproject.org/latest/boards/index.html. And if you have more or better advice/resources, I’ll be happy to have them. **** ENDING LOGGING AT Wed Mar 11 03:02:27 2020
