Chrome/Chromium just seems faster because it loads the page differently (FF usually just waits a bit to load more stuff). But really, FF is the best in terms of customization and security and addons etc. imo.

IF charging is just "fake" due to you maybe installing some bme-replacement or the like that pretends charging but actually doesn't, then I guess a reflash is the thing to go for
