Aug 12 16:22:18 <DocScrutinizer05> you need: EITHER linenoise OR muarf (instead of the defunct 'red' Nokia repos, see "catalogs" in HAM where you should *disable* those), then you have a CSSU repo which gets automatically installed by CSSU-installer (see ~CSSU) and finally you might want to *temporarily* enable maemo-devel for installing or updating a selected package, NEVER do a "update all packages" or apt-get upgrade with maemo-devel enabled

Aug 12 16:29:50 <DocScrutinizer05> on a new device, you first ~lazyflash then install ~jrrepos RECOMMENDED, then ~CSSU, then ~bm http://maemo.cloud-7.de/maemo5/et_al/HAM-catalogs/BM.install (if you don't have connectivity then you don't need repos anyway since they won't work without, so you got larger problems than installing BM), finally you either restore selected files from a BM backup, or you use a osso-backup created with maemo's genuine backup tool to only restore
