**** BEGIN LOGGING AT Sun Feb 09 02:59:57 2020 Feb 09 22:28:39 Oksana: Did you ever hear back from Fxtec about how to access the battery in the Pro1? Feb 09 23:16:45 brolin_empey: No, it turned out that Sailfish OS GUI made it way too easy for me to format internal Pro1 partitions, thus rendering it unbootable. With "Factory Reset Tool" by tdm, I was able to re-flash said partitions (bootloader, firmware...), and Pro1 booted into Sailfish OS just fine, no data lost. Feb 09 23:17:07 Battery turned out to be 3% charged by then. Feb 09 23:18:12 In short: when using Sailfish OS (especially on Fxtec Pro1), don't format a partition just because GUI suggests to do so; it may be an internal partition of the device. Feb 09 23:47:59 Oksana: OK, glad that you resolved your problem even if Fxtec has not (yet) replied to you. Feb 09 23:49:11 brolin_empey: No idea what's happening with info@fxtec.com . I am just glad that Fxtec is so helpful in providing firmwares and everything. **** ENDING LOGGING AT Mon Feb 10 02:59:58 2020
