Now I know there isnt any xilinx chip on this device and from what I can see the two JTAG cables I have are primed for xilinx as opposed to anything else. However when using Digilent's usb-jtag cable with the Adept software suite they offer I run a scan and it detects the device but gives me an error which is practicle conside
Jan 20 15:45:04 <ubm> ring there software supports spartan/xilinx as opposed to motorola. Found Device.  IDCODE:  ffdfdbfb <-- that is what i receive after the scan.
