Mar 10 10:11:00 when establishing a telnet connection to openocd, and trying the halt command, I get target not examined yet Mar 10 12:17:37 jerroome: I don't know about J-Link but this sounds like a problem between J-Link and openoce (access rights?) Mar 10 12:19:24 hi keesj Mar 10 12:19:36 I just discoverded that Mar 10 12:20:10 I searched for so long that I forgot to execute openocd as root Mar 10 12:20:30 but thank you for your help Mar 10 12:31:19 jerroome: we now have udev rules in the contrib that most of the time will allow user to run openocd as user Mar 10 12:43:26 maybe that doesn't work because I configured and installed openocd as root Mar 10 12:51:06 What, the udev rules? They're in contrib. You have to apply them (or one) to your system no make them work. Packagers are, of course, free to make their own arrangements. Mar 10 13:01:39 ok, I will have a look at it, but it doesn't disturb me to run as root Mar 10 14:16:24 lo all Mar 10 14:18:41 hi Mar 10 14:20:38 just upgraded from some old svn-version to 0.1.0, great to see a real release out :) Mar 10 14:21:45 I just started checking the docs but have a small question, breakpoints from eclipse doesnt seem to work. I think it has to do with soft vs hard breakpoints but not sure Mar 10 14:22:04 (work anymore, they work fine with the old version I had) **** ENDING LOGGING AT Wed Mar 11 02:59:57 2009
