**** BEGIN LOGGING AT Sun Mar 20 02:59:58 2016 Mar 20 04:38:51 Hey all, got a couple tp-link wa801nd v3 access points, and they appear to have the recent firmware changes making Openwrt harder to install. I've got a working serial connection and can interrupt uboot. I would like to run openwrt from ram using a ramdisk image, in order to dd the stock firmware from the device. After a tftp 0x80000000 and bootm 0x80000000, I'm getting a pair of errors, "too bi Mar 20 04:38:57 g uncompressed stream" and "LZMA error 1" Mar 20 04:51:38 https://forum.openwrt.org/viewtopic.php?id=63123 Mar 20 04:57:48 Yeah, I've seen that thread. I'm trying to grab a copy of the stock firmware to pull apart to see if BrainSlayer is right. Also, this device has no usb.
