**** BEGIN LOGGING AT Thu Dec 01 03:00:00 2016 Dec 01 06:33:25 Morning! Dec 01 07:07:58 morning! Dec 01 07:08:04 Someone decided to wake up at 7:00 today :P Dec 01 07:08:14 I don't remember last time that happened LOL :P Dec 01 15:46:10 I just saw a tweet about a font awesome 5 Kickstarter. Would this have any use for LuneOS? It's partially free and open source, but they are offering professional rates and early backer discounts. I don't really get what it is (apart from 'fonts'!), but there's an hour to go on "The most successful kickstarter ever", so if useful, maybe putting in a few webOS-Ports dollars might bring something useful? Dec 01 15:47:28 https://www.kickstarter.com/projects/232193852/font-awesome-5 Dec 01 15:48:58 I know you're moving to SVG icons, so maybe this font stuff will also help. Again, posting in ignorance only because there's only about an hour left - maybe it irrelevant or the free stuff will be all you need. Dec 01 18:40:33 Herrie: I used a Phillips Hue to condition my son to sleep until around 7:00 every day :) Dec 01 18:41:05 Andolamin: Well he just wakes up at 4:30-5:00 even when it's pitch black :S Dec 01 18:41:12 Going to bed at 9PM :P Dec 01 18:41:58 Yeah - he would wake up even if it was dark, so I set up the Hue to turn on automatically at about 5:30 everyday (15-20 minutes before he would usually wake up) Dec 01 18:42:41 After a couple of weeks he started waking up whenever the Hue came on, so then I started inching it back so now it doesn't come on until 7:00 (gradually, starting at 6:30). Dec 01 18:42:56 Hehe might want to give that a try :P Dec 01 18:43:06 But I think he just doesn't need a lot of sleep (like me :P) Dec 01 18:43:06 So, he wakes up 6:45 to 7:00 every day. It's been *nice* Dec 01 18:43:41 Oh, my son takes after me. We need *tons* of sleep. He naps 2-3 hours every day still and then sleeps 8 or 9pm to 7am Dec 01 18:45:16 I don't :P Mrs does... I'm OK with 5-6 hrs Dec 01 18:45:25 So that might explain :P Dec 01 18:45:39 He does 9pm to 4:30-5:00 and then 2-3 hrs during day Dec 01 18:45:49 He cannot do without the midday nap yet Dec 01 18:46:34 Yeah - mine doesn't want to take his nap anymore, but he gets super cranky if he doesn't have it Dec 01 18:46:40 LOL Dec 01 18:46:52 Well mine is 2 and 3 months so doesnt have that problem yet Dec 01 18:47:31 Yeah - mine will be 3 a month from tomorrow Dec 01 18:59:39 Had any luck with the Pi recently? Dec 01 19:01:59 Sort of :P Honestly, the whole family has been sick for about 3 weeks. We all finished our courses of antibiotics 3-4 days ago. I have a build running on my home machine right now, and will test it on the Pi when I get home. Dec 01 19:02:35 Basically, I can consistently get a bootable build, but can't get the cardshell running Dec 01 19:04:00 I see :S Dec 01 19:04:14 Well that's better compared to what we have now where the build fails completely Dec 01 19:04:40 If you want I can submit that much so we can at least get a nightly build going again and then fix the cardshell going forward? Dec 01 19:05:14 I haven't done that yet just because I didn't want to waste build server time/space but on the other hand at least then another Pi dev might be able to submit a fix for the qpa/fbdev issues that are preventing the cardshell from starting Dec 01 19:14:01 The 20 min build time isn't an issue :P Dec 01 19:14:22 For JaMa to be happy with the PR that's a different story :P Dec 01 19:14:39 Heh, yeah :P Dec 01 19:15:05 In this case I don't think it would be an issue. It's mostly just update to a new rev of meta-raspberrypi and remove some no longer necessary patches in meta-rpi-luneos Dec 01 19:15:24 I'll poke at it another build or two and then either way I'll open up a PR Dec 01 19:25:49 :) **** ENDING LOGGING AT Fri Dec 02 03:00:00 2016
