The recipe dies with an ExpansionError for EOL while scanning string literal (KERNEL_VERSION, line1).  I've tried comparing the various functions that it refers to between Angstrom and OE, but I don't see any differences (diff is empty).  Has anyone seen this before and/or know how to get around it?
