It works fine once booted, but the hctosys fails during boot saying it can't find rtc0, which makes sense as that message comes a whole 2.5 seconds or so before the message stating that the rtc is initialized and running on /dev/rtc0. So it looks like it is an ordering issue, perhaps because systems hasn't been told about the requirement?
