Jul 20 18:37:32 Hi guys, I'm trying to get the rtc working on the BBxM (angstrom via bitbake mainline 3.2.18). It works fine once booted, but the hctosys fails during boot saying it can't find rtc0, which makes sense as that message comes a whole 2.5 seconds or so before the message stating that the rtc is initialized and running on /dev/rtc0. So it looks like it is an ordering issue, perhaps because systems hasn't been told about the requirement? Jul 20 23:12:54 I tried installing a new kernel using the install_image.sh script from stable-kernel, anyway uBoot says "file not found /boot/uImage" but the file is definitely there in /boot, any ideas on where I could get started? Jul 20 23:15:21 I'm trying to install setuptools but python barks about not having distutils.util **** ENDING LOGGING AT Sat Jul 21 02:59:58 2012
