**** BEGIN LOGGING AT Tue Sep 25 02:59:59 2018 Sep 25 15:28:26 Out of curiosity, does anyone use/pair a smartwatch with their gemini? and how is the experience? Sep 25 16:29:50 sooo... first day of using my Gemini as a keyboard connected to Windows 7... f*ing windows... Sep 25 16:30:31 after some undetermined time, it decides that the gemini had a failure, discards it, categorizes it as an Unknown device. Sep 25 16:30:53 Then claims to install drivers for this "unknown device" and states it is "ready for use". Sep 25 16:31:36 It's that last bit that really pisses me off. Needless to say, it does not do what I want it to do. Sep 25 16:32:29 must then remove the unknown driver, and hope it is detected again as a Gemini, which it is only sometimes. Sep 25 16:35:12 (I typed half my documentation on the Gemini as keyboard connected to my linux laptop, no such problems; call me disappointed with todays result) Sep 25 19:04:38 Since it’s not really possible to boot from the SD card -- or is it? --, what’s the best way to capsule and also protect data? I guess having /home symlinked to an encrypted container on the card would be a start, but can we do more/better? **** ENDING LOGGING AT Wed Sep 26 03:00:00 2018
