**** BEGIN LOGGING AT Sat Sep 22 03:00:01 2018 Sep 22 09:24:52 Hi i'm trying to build halium for samsung galaxy s3 neo (s3ve3g). The build of hybris-bot.img (mka hybris-boot) was successfull. The link to the correspondig documentation is https://docs.halium.org/en/latest/porting/build-sources.html#building-the-system-img-and-hybris-boot-img The error occurs while building systemimgae. The following error occurs make: *** Keine Regel vorhanden, um das Ziel Sep 22 09:24:54 „/home/sebastian/Downloads/halium/out/target/product/s3ve3g/obj/SHARED_LIBRARIES/libnativehelper_intermediates/export_includes“, Sep 22 09:24:56 benötigt von „/home/sebastian/Downloads/halium/out/target/product/s3ve3g/obj/SHARED_LIBRARIES/libqcomfm_jni_intermediates/import_includes“, zu erstellen. The Content of the manifest file is here https://pastebin.com/MB712XuP Sep 22 09:54:22 Anyone wants to help with ofonod debugging? Sep 22 09:54:27 I got this: https://pastebin.com/xbnBppZL Sep 22 09:55:08 @sweting, Hello I already did 90% of S3 Neo port ^^ Sep 22 09:55:48 You can try to compare with this: https://github.com/Flohack74/android_device_samsung_s3ve3g/commits/halium-5.1 Sep 22 09:56:22 @Flohack, Thank you. I will try this. Sep 22 09:56:40 Also see kernel: https://github.com/Flohack74/android_kernel_samsung_s3ve3g Sep 22 09:58:16 @sweting, See here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=S95YMfBRe6M Sep 22 10:36:53 Do you had Problems with the setup-makefiles.sh Sep 22 14:39:57 Good day. I am still working on my Galaxy S6 port. When activating the kernel parameter CONFIG_IKCONFIG the kernel does not seem to boot. My host does not detect any devices. Without this option I atleast get the telnet interface where the diagnosis file tells me to enable CONFIG_IKCONFIG. Sep 22 14:40:25 Here is my current kernel config: https://paste.myftb.de/gijigoceqe.vbs Sep 22 14:40:40 The kernel config check does not complain about my config. Sep 22 21:37:40 @NotKit, Console is still set to ram... Sep 22 21:37:56 any idea by whom or if the dts change is effective? Sep 22 21:38:06 Sorry it's late for the reply. Couldn't get to it Sep 22 21:38:29 What do you mean? Should I Mka clean and try again? Sep 22 21:43:32 I mean there are different possibilities like 1. it's supplied by the bootloader 2. it didn't get rebuilt 3. dtb comes from somewhere else in your build Sep 22 21:44:33 I don't know how to see if it's part of the bootloader :( how would I know if it got rebuilt? The dtb is in the kernel folder Sep 22 21:45:26 @NotKit, But I've done a directory search of my whole tree and couldn't find it anywhere else Sep 22 22:10:22 So if it is getting appended by the bootloader I'm not sure how to fix Sep 22 22:29:26 (Document) https://irc.ubports.com/OaC3X1zg.null Sep 22 22:30:22 @NotKit, What should I do with this? Sep 22 22:30:48 this is .cpio.gz actually, use it as initramfs in halium-boot.img somehow Sep 22 22:31:49 (as local halium-initramfs.gz) Sep 22 22:32:14 Ah. Ok. I will add the "board_uses_local_initramfs=true" to my defconfig and add this to my device root folder right? Sep 22 23:28:41 @NotKit, So I can confirm the make moved the local initramfs that you gave me to the halium boot Sep 22 23:32:21 @NotKit, Same thing as before. Reboots after about a minute Sep 22 23:40:32 It stopped rebooting constantly, but this is what I get in my dmesg from my local machine … Paste.ubuntu.com/p/5Gr4spGmWm/ Sep 22 23:43:20 Odd. I tried a force reboot and I got the ubuntu battery charge logo. Hmmm Sep 22 23:45:12 But the rndis host hangs and went give me an ip Sep 22 23:45:28 And when I assign it to the phablet instructions for halium it still hangs **** ENDING LOGGING AT Sun Sep 23 02:59:59 2018
