I moved /home/opt to /opt2 and /home/user to /home2/user and mount-binded these together. After modifying usr/lib/genfstab.awk and especially /etc/event.d/rcS-late, all partitions from eMMC can be unmounted after boot. The MMC driver and subsystem can be unloaded.
