May 11 08:57:04 I have a question about the USB hub I bought from Qicent but my email to support@qicent.cc cannot be delivered and apparently the person(s) who answer their +86 PSTN number do not speak English even though they played music with English-language vocals while I was on hold. My spoken Chinese vocabulary is little more than knowing how to say “hello” so asking them in English if they speak English did not get anywhere. I find it surprising that their May 11 08:57:04 http://qicent.cc/ Web site is written in English and provides a telephone number answered by person(s) who seem to not speak English but maybe this is normal? May 11 09:02:34 Or maybe they could not understand/hear me due to a problem with the VoIP (VoIP.ms) service I use to call PSTN numbers outside of Canada and USA? I called someone in New Zealand with the same service and the person I called seemed to be able to understand me, though, so I guess the person(s) who answer telephone calls at Qicent do not speak English.
