That is Unslung stripped down to the bare essentials, upon which you can install optware packages for additional functionality.  Gone would be the web interface, the inbuilt samba, etc.  Just about everything.  The only things left running after boot would be the kernel, modules, syslogd, klogd, sshd and whatever optware packages you install.
