**** BEGIN LOGGING AT Fri Sep 24 02:59:56 2021 Sep 24 07:50:11 good morning Sep 24 11:45:11 So, I have a recipe for some gstreamer plug-ins. It used to `inherit local-git`, where local-git seems to be a bbclass which rewrites remote git SRC_URIs to local filesystem paths. However, I removed the `inherit local-git` from the recipe, and it still tries to access the local path even though SRC_URI refers to a `git://github.com/blah` URI. It Sep 24 11:45:11 refers to the local path even if I remove all `include`s and all `inherit`s. I have no workspace active. Is there some mechanism which can globally rewrite SRC_URIs somehow? Sep 24 12:32:18 Oh. I found it. There's a .conf file with SRC_URI_pn- = " blah " Sep 24 14:07:33 My understanding is that the core-image-* naming scheme is mainly for poky images. Is there a common naming scheme for your own images? Sep 24 14:46:36 core-image- is named becase the images are in oe-core Sep 24 14:46:45 you can use whatever naming you want Sep 24 14:46:51 I see Sep 24 15:07:56 can you append to $PATH globally for a recipe somehow? Sep 24 15:13:28 alternatively, is there a variable for the native sysroot somehow? Sep 24 15:40:14 for a single recipe? just append PATH Sep 24 15:40:28 what do you actually want to do Sep 24 18:32:11 the next Yocto Project Summit (yps2021.11) is live: https://pretalx.com/yocto-project-summit-2021-11/ Sep 24 18:32:26 and the CfP is open starting now, for the next ~ 3w+3d Sep 24 20:12:09 ant__: seems you found the fixes without me :) Sep 24 21:50:09 khem, heh, I have to give loudly my nack's there Sep 24 21:51:52 khem, but about kodi it could be worth, it is a super-test for CMake :) **** ENDING LOGGING AT Sat Sep 25 02:59:56 2021
