Apr 16 16:10:22 <iSteve> geoff-: I've just written the coldplugging proof of concept that's using udev's codebase... while still somewhat hefty, at 38kB, it's still only 1/3 of the udevadm binary, and most of all, it doesn't need any changes in udev codebase whatsoever, just takes a trivial app that wraps around their codebase and a few -D flags for proper compilation
