Jan 15 12:25:41 I really hoped to be able to get https://github.com/unwireddevices/gpio-irq-handler working, but no irqs in userspace with the current trunk kernel Jan 15 12:35:49 zorun: should be better now Jan 15 12:36:08 zorun: if you see another blank page, try appending ?purge=true to make it remove a potentially truncated cache Jan 15 12:36:42 jow_laptop: thanks, the toh looks better! Jan 15 12:37:13 jow_laptop: however, the search still returns mostly nothing (but this may be unrelated) Jan 15 12:37:30 "ipv6" returns nothing, "wr841n" neither Jan 15 12:37:43 still figuring out how to repair the search index Jan 15 12:37:54 it was probably truncated as well Jan 15 12:37:58 I mean this is php code Jan 15 12:37:58 ok, thanks Jan 15 12:38:01 :) Jan 15 12:38:19 such code is never written with resilience in mind, to put it carefully Jan 15 12:39:01 xxcn: there's some test code linke off the carambola2 forums too iirc, but never tried it myself. Jan 15 12:40:15 zorun: index is regenerating now, should take 30 minutes or so Jan 15 13:00:03 nbd r48245 branches/chaos_calmer/target/linux/ar71xx/files/drivers/net/ethernet/atheros/ag71xx/ag71xx_main.c * ar71xx: extend ethernet DMA stuck check to all ar724x (and newer) chips Jan 15 13:00:07 nbd r48246 branches/chaos_calmer/target/linux/ar71xx/files/drivers/net/ethernet/atheros/ag71xx/ag71xx_main.c * ar71xx: fix ethernet MAC reset on DMA hang Jan 15 13:00:25 sounds like a candidate for CC.1 ^ Jan 15 13:00:33 oh nvm Jan 15 13:00:37 it is ;) Jan 15 15:04:26 nbd r48247 trunk/package/kernel/ (72 files in 2 dirs) * mac80211: update to wireless-testing 2016-01-10 Jan 15 15:06:26 nbd, luka: 4.4 support posted for imx6. I will rebase my video out patches on top of this and submit once its accepted Jan 15 15:15:56 tharvey: i'll push the 4.4 kernel, but wait with the default kernel version change for a few days to see if luka responds Jan 15 15:16:12 if he doesn't respond, i'll merge that as well Jan 15 15:16:36 so you can go on with your video out patch rebase in the mean time Jan 15 15:16:48 makes sense thanks Jan 15 15:18:56 nbd r48248 trunk/target/linux/ (23 files in 6 dirs) * imx6: add 4.4 support Jan 15 15:19:01 nbd r48249 trunk/target/linux/imx6/config-4.1 * imx6: kernel: Add Micrel PHY used on Apalis SOM Jan 15 15:33:02 nbd: So I would like to post that sch_hfsc.c issue from the other day to the linux-netdev list, but I know almost nothing about tc, qdisc, or qos-scripts. Basically, I feel that I am too much of a n00b in this area to effectively report the bug. Jan 15 15:37:33 mamarley: i found that apparently the issue was reported already Jan 15 15:37:54 https://bugzilla.kernel.org/show_bug.cgi?id=109581 Jan 15 15:37:54 Where at so I can follow? Jan 15 15:38:00 you could report there that you're seeing the same issue Jan 15 15:38:06 OK, thanks! Jan 15 15:48:58 I also have a bunch of patches for qos-scripts to do stuff like fixing the bug where iptables rules don't get removed, adding IPv6 support, and adding a new feature that allows for categorization based on the interface from which the traffic originates. When I get a chance, I will try to submit them. Jan 15 15:51:38 Oh, and also fixing a bug that prevented the iptables rules from applying to incoming traffic and therefore preventing the prioritization of such traffic based on those rules. Jan 15 16:54:22 nbd r48250 trunk/package/kernel/mt76/Makefile * mt76: update to the latest version, fixes build with latest mac80211 Jan 15 16:55:56 jow_laptop: the wiki search seems to work now, thanks! Jan 15 16:58:38 nbd r48251 trunk/package/kernel/mwlwifi/patches/110-api_sync.patch * mwlwifi: fix build with latest mac80211 Jan 15 17:40:35 https://bugzilla.kernel.org/show_bug.cgi?id=109581 Jan 15 17:40:38 i see this as well sometimes Jan 15 17:40:48 like if i run qos scripts during heavy traffic Jan 15 17:40:52 otherwise it generally runs solid Jan 15 17:41:44 and i saw it arm as well with the wrt1900ac Jan 15 17:59:05 nbd: When I went to get my qos-scripts patches ready to submit, I noticed https://github.com/openwrt-mirror/openwrt/commit/5e914350f80f985e8915996410e4e9bbd5e2e5ff, which seems to be the cause of one of my issues. With the connection mark split like that, I can't seem to get any of my rules to apply to ingress traffic. For example, if I configure it to classify all traffic from my guest network as "bulk", the egress traffic is properly Jan 15 17:59:05 deprioritized if there is a heavy load. However, ingress traffic is not affected at all and the priority appears equal to the rest of the traffic. It looks to me like the save-mark rule saves half of the mark and the restore-mark rule restores the other (unsaved) half. Jan 15 17:59:48 If I change it so it both saves and restores 0xff instead of 0x0f and 0xf0, ingress traffic prioritization works. Am I misunderstanding something, or is this a bug?
