I've got Ubuntu Bionic installed on a Raspberry Pi 3 B (not B+) and I'm having issues seeing any activity on the UART TXD pin (BCM 14). I installed Ubuntu with U-Boot->Grub, and I've been toying wirh config.txt, I tried "enable_uart=1" and a few other things to no avail.
