May 05 14:19:30 Crofton|work: 2. i haven't worked for Linaro for 3 years, yet all of my commits in the last 3 years have been categorized towards Linaro May 05 14:20:08 i've got nothing against linaro, but my @gmail.com commits shouldn't be counting towards their bucket, it skews the numbers May 05 14:20:39 s/its/it's May 05 14:28:11 tlwoerner, can you email those remarks to Jefro May 05 14:28:26 Crofton|work: np May 05 14:28:42 Where is the link? May 05 14:34:04 found it, yeah something is funny May 05 21:31:15 hello all! i´m new to yocto. i found a github repo with a yocto project to build an image for my target hardware (orangepi-pc). I follow the instruction in the README.md that leads me to launch the bitbake opipc-minimal, and: as i know the whole compilation will use much space, i´ve put everything on an external USB disk, not having enough space on my system. But bitbake ran out of space. So I changed the TMPDIR in local.conf to a May 05 21:31:38 shall i change TOPDIR ? and where ? May 05 21:31:57 i want to be sure everything is on this 1TB external drive May 05 21:32:21 downloads, temp files, final build, everything May 05 21:32:33 how can i achieve that ? May 05 21:55:18 well, i did it quick and dirty: linking /tmp/Yocto-glibc to a folder on my external drive where yocto is installed. hopefully the build will go all fine. But i´d like to know the right way to do this May 05 22:58:08 tristan: you can set TMPDIR and DL_DIR in local.conf to point to some place on external disk May 05 23:39:27 New news from stackoverflow: To build custom BSP layer using Yocto for a bare metal board [on hold] **** ENDING LOGGING AT Sun May 06 03:00:01 2018
